Navigating changes in life can be scary and lonely, I hope to provide a supportive space for clients to share and process experiences and emotions. I work with couples and families of all capacities (I.e. recently divorced, blended families, polyamorous relationships, co-parenting, LGBTQ+), using Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also work with children from age 8 and up utilizing play therapy.

I’m passionate and have experience supporting those in the LGBTQ+ community, people navigating grief, and caregivers seeking support. I’ve worked with depression, anxiety, ADHD, ADD, ASD, trauma, divorce, and identity development. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from IUPUI and Master’s of Marriage & Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College.

I am not an expert on your life, as we build our therapeutic relationship I like to think we are on the same team. Each client comes in with their own life experiences, this may cause differences and difficulties within relationships. Using my systemic approach we can collaborate on what changes work and don’t work in your life.
