My passion as a therapist lies in helping clients better understand themselves and navigate their relationships and struggles. Human connection is fundamental to our well-being, and I am dedicated to supporting my clients in feeling connected and confident in their lives and relationships. I believe that a lack of connection often stems from miscommunication or difficulty understanding the underlying meanings behind emotions.

I work with individuals of all ages, from elementary school children to teenagers facing high school challenges, adults in transitional phases, and couples at any stage of their relationship—from just starting out to those with decades of shared history. My approach blends several therapeutic techniques, including Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, to tailor the best approach for each individual or couple.

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship and the trust we build together. While I take time to sit with the difficult emotions, I also believe in the importance of laughter and joy. I’m always interested in learning about your passions and what brings you fulfillment outside of therapy. Our work together is informed by mutual respect and understanding, and I look forward to being a part of your journey toward growth and healing.
