Welcome! I'm Taylor! I'm passionate about working collaboratively to set meaningful goals and empower you on your journey toward growth and well-being. My expertise is in helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, stress management, and life transitions. My journey began in school settings, where I supported children and adolescents in navigating academic pressures, social challenges, and emotional growth.

Today, I bring that same dedication and energy to my counseling sessions, helping clients of all ages build resilience and find balance.

I believe in creating a warm, empathetic space where you feel heard and understood from our very first session. By combining evidence-based techniques, like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, with a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, I partner with you to set clear goals and celebrate each milestone along the way.
