I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families who are striving to find meaningful connection and positive solutions to life challenges. By providing a safe, non-judgmental environment, clients often find that therapy offers a unique opportunity to address and confront their challenges with dignity and respect. My work is client centered and my goal is to work with you by identifying your strengths and help you discover your innate creativity and potential.
I have experience working with many mental health issues including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief and loss, post traumatic stress, anger management, attachment issues, teenage concerns, family and relational dynamics, infidelity, couples’ issues, intimacy, post-partum adjustment and addiction recovery. I have a strong desire to work with young adults who are transitioning into adulthood.
