Resident Therapist
Some people seek therapy to have a trusted place where they can vent, destress, and work on their wellness. Others come to counseling with specific symptoms or problems they want to work on. Wherever you are on your journey, I will work with you to help you reach your goals.
I received a bachelors degree in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington and my masters degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis. I specialize in providing individual and couple’s counseling to adults and adolescents. My experience includes working with people who are struggling with relationship difficulties, behavioral problems, depression, anxiety, addictions, schizophrenia, and more. I use positive psychology, CBT and DBT, and psychodynamic techniques to help people develop insight into their problems and strategies to improve their wellbeing. I am committed to providing a nonjudgmental space where people are empowered to explore and untangle complex thoughts and difficult emotions.
Outside of being a counselor I enjoy nature and being outside, playing basketball, and playing magic the gathering and board games with friends.
