Castleton Office:

The office is located in the Regency Center office park located on north side of 82nd street across from Community North Hospital between CVS and the highway. The entrance to the building we are located in within the park is facing the highway entrance ramp on the West side of the building. There is a parking lot right in front of the building. Look for our logo next to our door. If no one is at the desk to check you in when you arrive, there will be an iPad on the check-in desk that you can use to check in and then have a seat in the waiting room. There are drinks in the refrigerator and coffee, water, and snacks as well. Help yourself to those while you wait for your therapist to come get you.
