I am passionate about repairing and revitalizing family and couple relationships. I believe what one person is going through affects the whole family system and that many problems are best solved when working together as a team. Whether you are experiencing difficulties in your relationship or family, my goal is to provide for you a safe, nonjudgmental, and compassionate place to begin finding hope and healing in your relationships.
I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Person-Centered Therapy, the Gottman method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In couples or family counseling, I will help you gain the skills to build healthier, more fulfilling relationships in small steps which are more easily applicable.
I will be graduating from Indiana Wesleyan University in December with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am currently working under Kristina Graber, LMFT. I am currently accepting couples, families, and child clients for in person appointments at the reduced rate of $30. I do not take insurance at this time.
